If you have lost your access codes, don’t worry, you can still place your order! Please email us on contact@artsphotography.co.uk and request your online log in details by providing your child’s name and class.
Your Early Bird discount is applied to your account from the first day you login and create your account online, and will be available for 7 days after that.
All our images stay online for 12 months from the date of upload. Images ordered within deadline do not incur any additional fees. If you have missed the deadline, you can still order online but will have to pay £4.95 postage and packaging and your order will be sent to a UK address of your choice.
Yes, if you order within the deadline, all orders will be posted free of charge to your home address. If you do miss the deadline, you can pay £4.95 and have your order delivered to a UK address of your choice.
If you have ordered digital download or email images, this will be with you as soon as you place your order. Physical print packs are sent back to you home address within 7 business days. If you pay for postage (past deadline), then your order will be with you within 10 days.
Yes, once you have placed an order you are welcome to place a further order for the same image using our online order system. Click here to place another order
